Origin of our Name
What once held Erich's photography studio, now is the home of Studio Brew. With help from friends and family, the studio took on a new and exiciting beginning. We realized from the beginning that our brand name by definition must translate our company's philosophy to the customer. Studio Brew is not just a cool logo, it is who we are. Our logo depicts where we come from. Our mission statement is our belief and our soul.“Beer Is An Art, A Very Tasty Art”
We take an artistic approach in our craft beer one drop at a time. We at Studio Brew focus on “Craft Production”. We are not seeking mass quantity and we believe less is more. By using the freshest local grown raw materials as much as possible we can create the truest form of art. As a small business we know we must keep a close eye on cost but we refuse to cut corners on taste and quality to improve the bottom line. Studio Brew offers the richest and most extreme flavors we can extract from every grain, malt, hops and yeast to create a wonderful artistic experience for all your senses.
Presently we are a small little brewery of humble beginnings with very big flavorful beers. Everyday we grow just a little bit bigger in passion and real estate. New equipment is being designed to our expectations focusing on size, simplicity and efficiency so we can focus on our artistic endeavors to create some of the most amazing beers. As a professional photographer I knew I may not be the world's greatest photographer but I always strived to be the best I could in that moment. As a craft brewer I follow this goal the same way, ever striving to create the perfect beer. Respecting the styles created eons ago while taking an artistic approach I believe we are creating a Masterpiece. Time will be the test as in all great art, if your senses are pleased and stimulated then time will reflect that “you love this art.”
